Abstract:

This paper presents new results of the study of the formation of volumetric transparent inclusions at layer-by-layer growth of the material in the case when the inclusions in each subsequent layer originate above the phase boundary of the previous layer. The study of this case was initiated in our work [1]. In the present work, a non-monotonic change in the filling of a layer with a transparent phase at large layer numbers is studied in detail, and an analytical study of the distribution density of the "windows of transparency" for the case of one transparent "island" in a layer is carried out.
