A barium titanate ceramic capacitor material of complex composition has been prepared and studied. The ceramics was synthesized from oxides and carbonates (Method I) and from previously synthesized BaTiO3, CaZrO3, and oxide dopants (Method II). The Method II produces the ceramics having a more perfect perovskite structure. The glass-like technologic admixtures cause the ceramics sintering temperature lowering down to 1000 oC. The capacitor ceramics so prepared shows an enhanced temperature stability.
