Ceramic humidity sensitive elements with intelligent tester of informative parameters

Ceramic humidity sensitive elements based on TiO2-V2O5, MgO-Al2O3 and ZrO2 were obtained using powder metallurgy method. Increase of sintering temperature results in porosity reduction and performance loss. The best parameters of sintered samples are established. It is proposed to process the output signal of humidity sensor using real but not nominal conversion characteristic and to use the correction of difference between the function and it is approximation.
