Radiation stimulated effects in LaB₃O₆ single crystals: pure and doped by Ce³⁺

Pure and doped by Ce³⁺ single crystals have been grown by Czochralski technique. The luminescence mechanism of LaB₃O₆ single crystals is discussed associated with the hole center based on the structure defect (La³⁺ vacancy).
